Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Suave attack, but not much definition on the mid-palate and not very persistent either. A disappointing and probably tired sample. 14
Michael Schuster: Mid-purple. Fresh, sweet, ripe cherry fruit to smell. Rich, middleweight Pomerol with a firm tannin. Long, fine-textured, earth-backed, black-cherry flavour, complex and close-wrought. Refined Pomerol with plenty of matter, but one for the relatively long haul. 16.5/17
