BUY THE WINE

Jancis Robinson: Red/garnet. Nice, structured spicy fruit – some perfume. Soft fruit at the start, but the oak comes through rather too quickly, and still some tannin evident. Dries out. Drink up soon. 14

Jeremy Watson: Fairly deep, rich colour, with powerful aromas of fruit and oak. Rich in the mouth with fading but good depth. This is a fine wine. 16
