Neil Beckett: Medium-deep ruby. Balanced, fresh, floral and red-fruited on the nose, with far more Chambolle charm than most this vintage. Medium-bodied, dense, rich but still elegant on the mid-palate, with refreshing acidity (natural) and dry but fine-grained, perfectly ripe tannins. Still juicy and succulent on the finish, of good length.
