Neil Beckett: Deep ruby, dullish luster. Effortlessly expressive nose, a subtle amalgam of ripe red fruit, becoming a little more showy with air, the oak a little confected and not yet completely integrated. An elegant entry, restrained, slightly dry from the wood on the mid-palate, but covered by the fruit, of very good purity, so it remains succulent on top. Well-proportioned, should blossom given time.
