Anthony Rose: (disgorged 1991) Bronze-pink; elegant, beautifully berry-like, almost red Burgundy-like fragrance, terrific mulberry-like vinosity, with real, textured grip from both a touch of red-wine tannins and a firm spine of acidity; a very serious rosé Champagne made for food; partridge or pheasant would fit the bill nicely.
