BUY THE WINE

Andrew Jefford: As ever, very pale red. Another fine fan of red fruits: plum, strawberry, raspberry. Intense and deep raspberry fruits, with impressive ripeness. The wine has the same structure and profile as the rest of the stable: light, graceful but palpable and tenacious tannins; an exercise in finesse. Biodynamics seems, though, to have brought an extra dimension of warmth and ripeness. Get it bottled by fairies. 16
