Jasper Morris: On opening, the first bottle was lean, tight, and dry, with a hint of cork dust. The other bottle was a bit sweeter and that is what I tasted. This is very elegant, fine-boned, without much flesh but absolutely lovely. A little bit of inbuilt reduction.
