Jasper Morris: Predecessor to Domaine Fourrier. Served blind. Amazingly deep color with real intensity but not finesse. The sediment tasted separately shows even better, with impressively vibrant fruit. With time, the top of the bottle showed hints of oxidation, while the bottom retained its fruit and energy.
