Nicolas Belfrage: Attractive color with brick rim. Clean cherry/oak nose, very come on. Classic Brunello with all the creaminess of palate, complexity of flavor, and firmness of grip you’d want. Lovely sweet-dry finish and very good length. 18

Roy Richards Dirty – second nose ditto. Same on palate. Second bottle – too much oak. Not stunning, but correct. 12
