BUY THE WINE

Alison Buchanan: This has an attractive, honeyed nose with some white flower notes, currants and herbaceous character. The palate offers some creamy seduction allied to a nutty minerality. Flinty and rather taut and very mineral this is very composed but does not lack charm. 15

Alex Hunt: Ripe and peachy; something confected here. Reasonable zip and vigor on the palate, but pretty simple. 13.5

Andrew Jefford: Pale to medium gold. Light, elegant, some white flowers and fresh running burn water. Intense, but in contrast to the aromas the flavors are rather heavy, tangy and lifeless. This wine fails to achieve lift–off. Long, lime–laden finish, but a sense of mono–dimensionality. 11.5
