BUY THE WINE

Stephen Brook: Dense, oaky nose, austere. Rich but bright, with amazing presence, very concentrated and powerful. Tight and assertive on the palate, too, with plenty of ripe acidity to sustain it. Very good length. A splendid wine but it is exceedingly expensive (£710). 18
