Jasper Morris: Bright mid-red with little sign of aging in the color yet. Dense, backward nose, with a touch of leatheriness, quite dry in the mouth but certainly powerful. Red- and blackcurrant fruit, still with a touch of dry tannins, still has a chance to make it. At least on the basis of this bottle, though, it is not going to work.
