None of the overopulence of the vintage, the typical bruisedpeach aromatics; much more in the style of very dense red fruit, with a trace of tannin behind. Etienne thinks 40 to 50 more years. Huge density to this, in no way denatured—indeed, this is really fabulous. Revisited hours later to confirm the above.
