Jasper Morris: The color is beginning to mature. The green notes of the vintage have evolved into something much more interesting, lifted and floral, albeit brought down by the pyrazines. Floral and bright, even quite sweet notes on the palate, then the drier grilled notes of the vintage. Pretty pink cherries, the fruit and flowers remaining completely infused. Getting close to being fully ready, but will need careful thought as to its accompanying food.
