Jasper Morris: A cold and late harvest; veraison began only on September 1, while harvest started on October 10. Fortunately, it was a fine late season with healthy grapes, and the wines have kept very well. An excellent vivid color. A slightly green nose (my Jerusalem artichokes again) then graceful fruit, the acidity now blending in nicely. This is for dedicated Burgundy lovers, not for the fainthearted.
