Jasper Morris: Very pale color but still pure pinkish red. Quite high acidity, fresh for its age. This then deepens in color and opens out, very elegant, much better than a bottle straight from the domaine earlier in the year. After three or four hours in the glass, it has really grown into a beautiful, elegant wine.
