Michael Schuster: Lightly mineral to smell; nicely concentrated midweight, fresh in acidity, finely firm in tannin; graceful, freshly ripe in blackcurrant Cabernet with a subtle mineral element, moderately complex, quiet, gently gravelly and aromatic, refined, and with a delicate, sweet persistence. Lafite delicacy of style, a good, if not a top expression for the year. Accessible relatively soon. 2024–35. 89–91
Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: A clear progress compared to recent vintages, with a true aromatic finesse and a more Pauillac-type body, but not yet at the level of all the better second wines. 95–96
