Ella Lister: Such an expressive, arms-open welcome on the nose. The pure, red-fruit character is in a way quite simple but, for all that, enticing with the same bright, sour-cherry note that has run through all the vintages so far. In the mouth there is a gorgeous clarity and drive to the fruit—red at first, then more punchy, dark fruit. Lots of fruit concentration to the fore, persisting all the way to the finish, giving it lots of mileage.
