Tom Stevenson: From its golden color and white-chocolate aroma, with browner, more chocolate/coffee notes, this is significantly more evolved than the 2000 but still so fresh. Complex and powerful, with a lovely finesse of mousse. (disgorged December 1, 2005; 12g/l dosage)
