Intense yet youthfully green-hued color. Glorious nose, with delicate white fruit meeting gunpowder and vanilla. Beautifully balanced on the firm, fruity palate, which is taking time very well. A really positive surprise, considering that the wine was never commercially released, but it has clearly benefited from never leaving the house’s cellars. A perfect example of the way in which limited amounts of great Champagne can be made even in challenging years. | 94
