Michael Schuster: Sweet, rich, plummy nose; medium-full, very fresh, firm but fine in tannin; crisply sweet in flavor, pure, fresh, fine Merlot, juicy, gently aromatic, with beautiful fruit framed by a very light wood tannin; nice length to taste, and a fine, gently fragrant, but fruit-dominated aftertaste. A lovely, classy Bellevue, classic pure, flowing, fragrant St-Emilion. Particularly successful, this will make a lovely glass. 2024–34. 90–92

Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Beautifully ample unctuosity, velvety refinement, good intensity of delicate aroma. 95–96
