Michael Schuster: Dense and black-fruit ripe to smell; concentrated, vigorous in acidity, flowing and fine in tannin, a first-rate balance; dense, complex, aromatic, with a juicy sweetness despite the acidity, but always mineral, subtle, and refined, too; elegant, even, harmonious, and mouth-coating, very long to finish and so sweet on the aftertaste. Top-notch second wine. 2026–36. 92–94
Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Great appearance, impressive velvety texture. Great length, even more impressive than the Pavillon in this vintage, the (involuntary) lower yields have concentrated the matter in a surprising way, without any heaviness. It will rival most of the crus classés. 96
