Michael Schuster: Lovely nose of ripe plum and black cherry, just a hint of oak vanilla; rich, full, very finely tannic, and marked by the year’s lively acidity; juicy, long, and gently racy to taste, a nice complexity across the palate, a touch of alcoholic warmth on the finish, but a good fruit core and perfume there as well. Finesse, elegance, and a nice aromatic presence. 2025–35. 90–92
Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Graceful and full of fruit, with touches of violet, this is charming and deep. A distinguished sensation in the mouth with an alcohol and body balanced out by the freshness of the tannins. A true success, the best in this cru’s history. 97
