Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: To elaborate the 2016, only the heart of the vineyard was kept. The wine flows black in the glass, its notes of black cherry and violet on the nose as in the mouth are much appreciated. The satin texture is marvelous and refined and delicately caresses the palate. It is already quite delicious. 97
