Andrew Jefford: Dark black-red. Oaky, but the general sweetness and warmth of this is a pleasure; there is some blackcurrant and even a little bramble beneath. The struggle for ripeness has been just about won here, and this is a soundly constituted, raspberry fruited wine with some textural depth: good work. Much to enjoy over the short and medium term. Now to 2021. 88
Stephen Brook: Delicate black-cherry nose with a light mocha tone. Medium-bodied, sleek, not extracted, but has light tannins and pleasant fruit, with a finished refreshed by acidity. 87
