Jesús Barquín: Pale straw yellow, almost transparent. Attractive herbal nose. Vertical and serious palate, with notes of fresh herbs and a hint of aniseed. Paradigmatic of the style of good-quality Manzanilla that has become successful in the recent decades. 91

Andrew Jefford: Steel gold-green. Hints of shrimp paste and fish gravy: very maritime. And just hints; there is also a soft nuttiness and spring-like leafiness, too. And a spoonful of mayonnaise! Unusual but attractive. Vivid, fresh, soft, planty, full of the unique sensual life of this unique area—a wine of process. Slightly hard to score for the best of reasons: its rich personality. 89

Peter Liem: This is straightforward and uncomplicated, feeling quite broad for a Manzanilla but underlined by a pleasingly intense salinity. It persists with surprising length, and maintains a distinctly marine character on the finish. 85
