Jesús Barquín: Straw yellow, almost transparent. The nose is clean but faint, with an interesting background that barely insinuates what aggressive filtration has taken away. Even so, the wine is interesting: very dry, pungent, the typical popular Fino casually drunk by Andalusians in the feria with local fare as if it were water. I have rather mixed feelings about this. 90
Andrew Jefford: Another very brightly polished wine: greensilver. Clean, dry, modestly pungent aromas; leafy. Salty, fresh, and clean on the palate, with some bready richness and quiet umami in the followthrough. Correct and attractive. 87
Peter Liem: This is disappointingly simple, feeling short and constricted on the palate. It shows length and finesse, and it’s probably a good wine, but it’s so heavily filtered that it seems stripped of all personality. 80
