Andrew Jefford: Pale gold. Delicate and rather shy for the time being; little on offer as yet. A little sweet balsam. Smooth, tangy, elegant, but rather uneventful Sauternes. Now to 2022. 83

Stephen Brook: Subdued nose with a hint of wet wool and little botrytis discernible. Lean attack, fresh but simple, and overall a neutral palate with some bitter lemony fruit. Medium length, then rather fades away. 84
