BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Dark mahogany; somewhat medicinal and mushroomy to smell, and slightly dry-edged to taste, but also elegant, very sweet-cored, long, and fine. Not the intensity of the ’59 or ’61, but a gently beguiling beauty, and this a very good bottle. Time to drink, as this is as good as it will ever be, I imagine. 18
