BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Dark, brick-edged red; still a bit closed to smell, with oak and earth; a very elegantly balanced wine of medium body, fine texture, and freshly ripe, mineral-infused fruit; long, elegant, even, aromatic—classic dry claret, that is; fresh to crisp, but with no excess acidity or edge, and fine aromatic length. Drinking very nicely and most satisfyingly now. Now to 2020. 16.5/17
