Jesús Barquín:Piquant nose, with a somewhat pedestrian vinous character that grows on the palate. Simple finish, with notes of dry figs. 12.5
Richard Mayson:Deep, opaque color; slightly subdued, stewed aromas but, oddly, at the same time underripe; fresher on the palate, firm, quite well defined, with peppery tannins and a rather lean finish. Lanky. 12
Charles Metcalfe:Rich, dense, malty, chocolaty. Seems very harmonious and complete on the nose. The tannins are very smooth on the palate, but rich and dense. Fruit is bright and lively, with lively acidity and good length. The whole has a sense of balance yet potential, with length and perfume. 18
