Jesús Barquín:The first bottle was not totally wholesome, offering dampness notes on the nose and later in the aftertaste (likely TCA). I rate a second bottle that proves better, better built, and with elegant vinosity, but still not among the best. 14

Richard Mayson:Good, deep color; open, fragrant cassis aromas, slightly musty and loose-knit; sweet berry-fruit flavors but with something slightly musky underlying and a woody finish to follow it up. Rustic. Going nowhere. 9

Charles Metcalfe:First bottle musty and grubby. Second bottle: a sweet, rather meaty nose. Light, pleasant, with smooth tannins and decent acidity. Light, attractive wine, with no great density or staying power. 11
