Mark Savage: Youthful, different, quite firmly structured, with more tannin evident. This may be in a transitional stage, in which case more time is now needed to bring it to a greater level. There is even an atypical hint of new wood here. Barney Watson noted ripe fruit and good intensity, and he was pretty sure that they bought some new barrels this year. 15
