Serena Sutcliffe: 32hl/ha. 11.7% ABV. This was not as good as some bottles I have had—at its best it has roasted, rich aromas of quetsch (mussel plum) and is deeply concentrated. This had an excellent fresh-oranges taste, which was intriguing; bright and with a very elegant texture.
