Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Marvelously complex fruit, satiny texture, ripe grapes; admirable finish: long, perfect. The revelation of this blind tasting. It just might deserve a higher score by the time it’s bottled. 17/18
Michael Schuster: Dense to smell, minerally blackcurrant Cabernet especially; beautifully balanced, rich and fleshy middleweight Margaux, with a fresh rather than a crisp acidity and with very gentle tannins; freshly ripe, sweetly cored, mineral-infused flavor, with super-fine tannins; sapid and succulent and yet remaining fresh, too, with lovely, gentle, sweet-cored fruit persistence. 2009 and 2010 are a great pair of Angludets, almost inseparable in terms of quality. Both graceful and complete. 2015–30+. 16/16.5
