Andrew Jefford: Deep black-red. Simple, straightforwardly fruity aromas, and then an overly brisk, crunchy, faintly raw palate with the emphasis on hard acidity. There have been much better Angludets in recent years. Nonetheless, it is a wine of energy and vim, which will impress if drunk with food over the next few years. 2018–22. 87
Michael Schuster: Ripe blackcurrant fruit to smell; medium-full, fresh, lightly tannic; crisply sweet blackcurrant flavor, gently complex and with nice length; in a slightly more solid vein, but satisfying, flavorsome claret. 2021–30. 88
