John Gilman: The 2010 Pavillon Blanc was one of the best dry white wines that I tasted during my entire trip. The nose is deep, pure, and quite vibrant as it jumps from the glass in a blend of gooseberries, lime, a bit of tart orange, chalky soil tones, spring flowers, cut grass, and a touch of vanillin oak. On the palate, the wine is deep, fullish, crisp, and quite complex, with a good core of quite ripe fruit, fine acids and lovely length and grip on the poised and bouncy finish. A lovely wine for drinking over the next dozen years or so. 2011–25. 18.5
