Michael Schuster: Fine, scented nose; ripe fruit and Médoc gravel; nicely balanced in a firmer style; fragrant ripe fruit within a firm, slightly oak-dry tannin texture, but long and sweet and fine in flavor, complex and subtle, and with beautiful fruit persistence. Lovely Margaux in a slightly austere mold for the moment, but with a notably ripe fruit for the year, which should age and harmonize beautifully. 2016-28+ 17.5
