Michael Schuster: High char wood dominates the nose for the moment; and the dry new-wood texture dominates the fruit, too, so the delicate flavor is pinched and abbreviated by the wood tannin—a pity. Pouget is clearly making an effort, so it’s a pity also about the new, impossible-to-store-orstack- comfortably bottle shape. Will certainly need time. 2015–22+ 14 ?
