Michel Bettane: Good color; excellent nose, with good balance between plum (Merlot) and cedar (Cabernet). Refined tannins, excellent length; up to a classified level and not too expensive 16.5

Thierry Desseauve: Deep color; black and red fruit; generosity. Supple, with a lack of intensity 15

Michael Schuster: Pretty nose of ripe fruit and subtle oak; nicely balanced in the 2008 red-fruit style; restrained flavor, crisply juicy, firm dry wood tannin; light length. A touch austere overall so will need 3–4 years. 2016–20+ 14.5 ?
