BUY THE WINE

Michael Steinberger: A controversial wine, with an unctuousness that rubbed some tasters the wrong way. It is unquestionably quite a mouthful, but I liked it anyway. Incredibly decadent, with just enough acidity to keep it from descending into burlesque. Not for the faint of palate, but fun to drink. 18–19
