Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: A beautiful blueberry nose, with good body for the vintage, firm tannin but well wrapped, clear harmony and pedigree. A wine true to its proper style, that will only be amplified over time. 17.5/18

Michael Schuster: Dark, ripe fruit nose; elegantly balanced, with a very fine tannin; fresh, flowing, ripe and juicy, not dense, but with a beautiful fruit and lovely scented aftertaste. Delicious, without being serious. Should be most attractive early on. 2012–20. 16+
