Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Very floral perfume and a superbly expressed personality: fine, taut, racy, slender but without any rigidity. It is a most distinguished wine and perfectly in the style of the cru and the vintage. 17

Michael Schuster: Mid-purple; freshly ripe, minerally red cherry fruit nose; beautifully balanced, fresh, supple medium-weight wine; sweetly ripe to taste with a subtle oak vanilla and a particularly fine texture; gentle, graceful, and with lovely, sweet, scented length. Drinkable early, with considerable pleasure. 2013–20+. 16+
