BUY THE WINE

Michel Bettane: Dark color, cedary classic nose, excellent body; complexity more than charm, very classy tannins, true to type; needs aging. 17

Thierry Desseauve: The notes of red fruit are so tempting! The wine possesses freshness and structure; its elegant style provides a subtle pleasure, and the wine is very persistent. Great future. 17.5

Michael Schuster: Dense, ripe and minerally nose, still fairly closed; rich, elegantly balanced wine with a fine, firm tannin; sweetly ripe fruit, fleshy-textured, long and spicy and complex; a generous, firm, but gratifying Pomerol, long to taste, long to finish; will need time but should be very good. 2018–30+. 17.5
