BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Mid-purple; soft, ripe, plummy fruit, lightly minerally, very pretty nose! Nicely balanced middleweight, generous in freshly plummy fruit, particularly refined in tannin; deliciously ripe, cherry flavor, fresh, silky-textured, delicately oaky, with a fine Pomerol fragrance and lovely length. A classy, graceful, particularly successful La Petite Eglise. 2015–25. 15.5/16
