Michael Schuster: Light, fragrant, minerally nose; elegantly balanced, relatively smooth in texture, with a very fine tannin and a fresh but not sharp acidity; a long, gentle sweetness of flavor, a Margaux poise and refinement, a restrained but classy claret, with lovely aromatic length. this will be a beautifully drinkable, refreshing table wine—just what Bordeaux does best. typical of the good 2011s: restraint but no weakness. 2021–30+. 17
