Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Great texture, lovely, fresh fruit, ripe tannins, good depth, length, and intensity. 17

Michael Schuster: Inky color; very ripe fruit to smell; fairly austere medium-weight, the delicate, sweet, scented fruit at its heart currently gripped by its tannin—and a touch of bitterness on its finish. Good, fragrant length, but hard to see future grace? 2016–26? 15/15.5?
