Stephen Brook: Hefty, spicy nose, with lime and apple fruit. Rich, boldly flavored, very ripe, but not discernibly sweet; this has power and a spicy minerality. It shows just the vigor one would hope for and an appealing amalgam of silkiness, grip, and persistence. The stoniness overrides the fruit at present, but that’s exactly as it should be. Exemplary balance and length. 18

Simon Larkin: Deep golden hue. Sweet, ripe citrus notes on the nose. There is a marked zesty quality here. The wine shows good proportion, with a lively yet well-wound acidity. There is a marked slaty quality that lends complexity to a zesty, lively palate of citrus and exotic fruits. Shows good persistence. 13

Andreas Larsson: Very intense nose—a bit riper than many, with some development and hints of honeydew melon and saffron. Nice and juicy on the palate, rather full and heady, the fruit a bit on the tropical side, but with a bright freshness. Not really complex but easy to drink today. 12
