Stephen Brook: Lovely nose, with spice dominating the fruit. There are aromas of ripe apples and apricots and even a touch of honey, but there’s a lifted tang that keeps the fruit lively and piquant. The palate is less beguiling: There is a slackness here that is disappointing. It’s broad and fruity, with some perky minerality, but it lacks some concentration and grip. Smooth and well made, but lacking in excitement and persistence. 15.5

Simon Larkin: Deeper in appearance than the preceding three examples. The nose here alludes to creamy, hazelnutty characters. Showing modest viscosity on the palate, this has a soft, approachable nature, with plenty of peachy stone fruit. Again, there is a notable green-herbal aspect, with notes of acacia. It seems a little creamier, lactic in nature, but shows good focus to the finish, as well as impressive persistence. 13

Andreas Larsson: Very aromatic nose, flowery and fruity, with a rather opulent palate. There is a hint of spicy bitterness in the background, peppery and spicy, with moderate length, but it finishes a bit dry. 12
