BUY THE WINE

Stephen Brook: Light gold. Opulent peaches-and-cream nose, and it may have some botrytis. Plump and rounded and high in alcohol. This is coarse, with a bitter finish. 12

Simon Larkin: Richer and broader than most in style. There is an appley, buttery nature to this wine. It comes across as a little disjointed; baked, hot fruit and not much beyond. Disjointed and lacking precision. Heady, simple style; nothing very distinguished. 10

Andreas Larsson: The nose indicates a sweet wine—aromas of honey, glazed apricot, and pastry. The palate is still dry but rich and rather high in alcohol. It shows good length and some bitter notes—not very balanced at present. I am not sure how this will develop but am inclined to give it more time. 13
